Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.
We ship all the orders at free of cost. LoveBuySlay bears all the shipping charges. And due to huge number of orders and shipping in 185+ countries, it takes some extra time to ship your order safely to you. Maximum times delay occurs due to Custom Clearance Authorities on your country. They take 7-20 days for processing your order.
LoveBuySlay is not liable to pay custom tax. Buyer (the person who is buying the product from us) is responsible to pay the Custom Tax. We can only help you by declaring the desired value of the ordered product.
Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.
You are protected when:
The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
The item you received was not as described.
The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.
You cannot cancel orders after making payment. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (55 days not including 3-7 day processing)
You receive the wrong item
You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
*You can submit refund requests within 2 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (55 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Canada, Europe => 15-55 Business days
Australia, New Zealand => 15-50 Business days
Mexico, Central America, South America => 15-50 Business days
Max delivery time => 55 business days excluding holidays.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
